For those Tri nerds like me, 750k swim in 11.28, 37k bike in 1.12 and 10.7k run in very slow 1.05. I ran out of drink on the bike. Xx

Louise, who took part in the Deva Triathlon in June, qualified for her age group at the Dambuster Triathlon around Rutland Water earlier this year.
The mum-of-two clocked 11.28 for the 1500m swim, 1.12.25 for the 40km bike ride and 1.05.07 for the 10km run.
Louise took up triathlon in 2012 after it was suggested by a friend.
